Mr. Luechinger started in the 1970’s as a sales representative for fine chemicals and pharmaceutical products in the Far East Markets and then moved step by step into marketing responsibilities; first as product, then as area manager having   responsibility from market authorisation up to the final logistics to the different countries, and finally to responsible management positions in Sandoz and Roche for international marketing of pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals.

In the late nineties he acquired, together with 2 business partners, the company Cimex AG, at that time a toll manufacturer of generics. The company was gradually transformed to an internationally successful company developing, producing and marketing innovative, solid dosage forms. After a successful IPO, the company was acquired by the Swiss Schweizerhall Group. Following the successful integration he resigned  as chairman of Cimex and member of the Schweizerhall Board of Directors in early 2007. JML holds a Master of Science in Chemistry as well as in Economics.

Mr. Huber has over 30 years of banking experience. Before joining Abalis  in summer 2006 he was the CFO of  Cimex Pharma AG, Liesberg, a mid-size generics developer and producer. He changed from banking to industry to support a planned IPO, which took place in 2004 at the Euronext Stock Exchange in Paris. Prior to Cimex he worked in several senior management positions on the commercial lending side of UBS. He specialized in export and project financing as well as syndicated loans. He worked several years in Paris, Montreal and New York for Crédit Commercial de France and Swiss Bank Corporation respectively. He gained experience in all fields of banking and holds a Swiss degree in banking and finance.
